We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to become the driving force behind our growing sales team. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, research prospective clients, connect with decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments that help businesses solve their workforce challenges.This isn't a behind-the-scenes administrative position. You'll be on the front lines of business development, representing one of Oklahoma's fastest-growing staffing and workforce solutions companies.If you enjoy conversations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping create new business opportunities, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Generating New Business Opportunities· Research companies that align with our target industries and markets.· Identify organizations actively hiring and likely to benefit from staffing solutions.· Build targeted prospect lists using AI research tools, LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, and industry resources.
Connect With Decision Makers· Identify HR, Operations, Plant Managers, Purchasing, Talent Acquisition, and executive-level contacts.· Verify contact information through research and professional outbound calls.· Build relationships while gathering valuable business intelligence.
Outbound Prospecting· Make professional outbound calls to prospective clients.· Introduce Action Group Staffing and our workforce solutions.· Build rapport with business professionals.· Identify hiring needs and qualify opportunities.· Schedule appointments for our Business Development Executives.· Follow up through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management· Maintain accurate records in Avionte CRM.· Document prospect conversations and follow-up activities.· Track opportunities through the sales process.· Help ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Sales & Marketing Support· Prepare prospect profiles and meeting briefings.· Assist with presentations and proposals.· Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.· Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving forward.
What Success Looks Like
Successful team members in this role:· Build quality prospect lists every week.· Confidently make outbound business calls every day.· Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.· Keep CRM information accurate and current.· Help generate new client opportunities that contribute to company growth.· Build strong professional relationships with business leaders throughout Oklahoma.

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:· Business Development· Sales· Recruiting· Staffing· Customer Service· Appointment Setting· Lead Generation· Marketing
Experience with CRM platforms such as Avionte, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Bullhorn is a plus.Staffing industry experience is helpful but not required, we're willing to train the right person.

Action Group Staffing is hiring dependable General Warehouse Associates for opportunities in the Oklahoma City metro area. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing a variety of general material-handling tasks.
Responsibilities

• Receive, move, organize, and stage materials or products
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders as assigned
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties as needed
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational needs

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, production, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
