Job Description
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of MIG and/or Flux core welding experience and be able to pass a weld test. Requirements of the Welder: Be able to pass a weld test. Able to reliably commute to work each day. Manufacturing experience a plus. Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Benefits of the Welder: Contribute to a growing business. Measure and mark work pieces using straightedges, rules, and calipers. Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out a welding project. Maintain welding safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment. Carry out welding according to set dimensions to meet general test requirements.
Pay starts at $20-22 per hour for welders and $24 per hour for leads.
