Job Title: Final Assembly Technician
Location: Wagoner, OK
Pay & Schedule: $22–$25/hour (DOE) | 6:00am – 4:30pm Position OverviewAction Group Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Final Assembly Technicians to join the final stage of the manufacturing process for a leading air exchanger company. This role is responsible for assembling major components, ensuring final dimensions meet specifications, and supporting quality control and testing. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, precise, and committed to delivering a high-quality finished product. Job Requirements
  • Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings 
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
  • Ability to verify measurements and ensure accuracy 
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork 
  • Pass a drug screen and background check 
 Responsibilities
  • Perform final assembly of bundles, fans, motors, and drive components 
  • Follow blueprints and customer specifications to ensure proper setup 
  • Verify final dimensions meet required specifications and tolerances 
  • Support Quality Control with final inspections 
  • Assist with testing of completed units 
  • Identify and report any defects or issues during assembly 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
