Job Description

Job Title: Saw OperatorAction Group Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Saw Operator to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in Claremore, OK. Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of decimal conversion to fractions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hard-working with high productivity standards
  • Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
  • Pass drug screening and background check 
Schedule• Monday–Saturday
• 4x10 schedule (40 hours per week)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PMPay: $19.00/hour starting
• Bonus Plan: Additional $2.00/hour on days the team reaches productivity thresholdsResponsibilities of the Saw Operator:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily accomplish the following: (other duties may be assigned)• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret measurements accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures #INDT
