Pay: $21 per hourSchedule: Sunday – Thursday 2:00pm – 11:00pmJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory / Office Clerk to support daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and order-processing operations in Claremore, OK.This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and communicating between warehouse, sales, purchasing, logistics, and office teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or office administrative experience preferred
  • ERP system and general computer experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain inventory and order information
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and fractions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and research inventory or shipping discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with warehouse employees, supervisors, sales, purchasing, and office personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and more than 30 pounds occasionally as required
  • Pass drug screen and background check 
  Responsibilities
  • Process customer sales orders and accurately convert orders into warehouse pick tickets
  • Generate packing slips from completed pick tickets to support accurate and timely shipments
  • Monitor open, incomplete, and unfulfilled orders to help ensure customer delivery commitments are met
  • Review completed pick tickets for accuracy, completeness, and special customer requirements
  • Update and reconcile inventory balances as products are shipped, received, or transferred
  • Verify shipment quantities, weights, and documentation against bills of lading, invoices, sales orders, and other records
  • Print pick tickets, review customer purchase orders, check inventory availability, and communicate order exceptions
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve order or inventory issues quickly
  • Verify material transfers between branch locations and ensure inventory records remain accurate
  • Record shipment weights and freight charges for billing and operational reporting
  • Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, customer concerns, and order-related issues
  • Research Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), identify potential causes, and assist with determining appropriate resolutions
  • Compare inventory records with sales orders, receiving documents, production activity, and purchasing records
  • Review inventory transactions involving the receipt, movement, transfer, and shipment of materials
  • Process inventory adjustments in the ERP system, including material reclassifications and scrap transactions
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Research inventory variances and work with warehouse and office teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure material certifications and supporting documents are accurate and matched to the correct material
  • Expedite purchase orders and communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding material availability
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory, shipping, receiving, and order documentation
  • Communicate proactively with warehouse, sales, purchasing, logistics, and office personnel to maintain efficient workflow
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional warehouse, inventory, and administrative duties as assigned
