Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay & Schedule:
  • Pay: $17–$18/hour 
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week 
Job SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to support operations across multiple warehouse locations. This position will float between two facilities, assisting with material handling, inventory, and shipping/receiving tasks. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and experienced in operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred 
  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience 
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred) 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work between multiple warehouse locations as needed 
  • Commitment to safety and following company procedures 
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 
Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other equipment 
  • Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse 
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming/outgoing shipments 
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts 
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe 
  • Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures 
  • Support general warehouse operations and assist team members as needed
