Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-TimeSchedule
  • Monday – Friday 
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:30pm – midnight with $1 shift differential
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs 
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding structural steel components used in custom industrial equipment and fabricated assemblies. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and able to produce high-quality welds while working from blueprints and welding procedures.Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on structural steel components. 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols. 
  • Fit, align, and weld large fabricated assemblies. 
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 
  • Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. 
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of structural welding experience. 
  • Proficient in MIG welding on carbon steel. 
  • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. 
  • Experience using measuring tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment. 
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
