Staffing RecruiterLocation: Tulsa, OK Pay: $20.00/hour+ DOE, plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue produced Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Tulsa team. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining client and candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of agency recruiting experience and a proven ability to fill positions ranging from entry-level manufacturing roles to director-level management positions.Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
Experience recruiting for a wide variety of positions and industries
Knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions
Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and customer service skills
Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize open requisitions daily to ensure timely placement of candidates
Source, screen, and contact prospective candidates to assess qualifications and fit
Collaborate with teammates to ensure coverage and support for all open job orders
Request, collect, and process onboarding documents for new hires
Schedule interviews, testing, orientations, and other pre-employment requirements
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Conduct follow-up calls with clients and placed employees to ensure satisfaction and retention
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current, future, and repeat hiring needs
Meet recruiting goals and contribute to branch revenue growth
