Quality Control InspectorFort Worth, TX | $18.00–$20.00/hr DOEAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, components, and parts to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials, components, and parts for quality and accuracy
Perform visual and dimensional inspections
Use gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Identify materials that do not meet required specifications
Tag, release, and process inspected materials
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Assist with returned materials and related documentation
Enter and maintain information using applicable computer systems
Follow established safety and quality procedures
Support production and quality initiatives as needed
Requirements
Previous Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand measurements and technical information
Experience using gauges, micrometers, or other precision measuring tools preferred
Experience with mechanical drawings, dimensional tolerances, or GD&T is a plus
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay$18.00–$20.00/hr, depending on experienceCandidates with previous quality inspection experience and hands-on knowledge of precision measuring tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
