Quality InspectorLocation: Northeast Tulsa, OK Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential Schedule: 2nd ShiftJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support quality assurance processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated enclosures and components to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments and be comfortable working with blueprints, schematics, inspection equipment, and quality documentation.Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and customer specifications
Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related tools
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, AWS, NEC, or UL preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic math skills and technical aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production teams
Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on fabricated enclosures and manufactured components
Verify electrical assemblies and functionality against specifications and quality requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and customer requirements
Use inspection and measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy and product quality
Document inspection findings and complete detailed quality reports
Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials and products
Assist with corrective and preventive action activities to improve product quality
Conduct process and quality audits throughout the manufacturing process
Communicate quality expectations and findings with production personnel
Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system compliance
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
