Quality Control InspectorShift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Starting Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hour (DOE)Action Group Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing quality inspection experience, is comfortable using precision measuring equipment, and takes pride in delivering a quality product.Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products to verify quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
Perform first article, in-process, and final product inspections.
Document inspection results, non-conforming materials, and corrective actions.
Communicate quality concerns with production and management teams.
Assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality audits.
Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Background check required. No violent felony convictions; all other backgrounds considered on a case-by-case basis.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Compensation & Opportunity
Starting pay of $16.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience.
