Job Title: Production Assistant (TIGER FLOW)Location: Dallas, Tx Department: Warehouse / Production Reports To:Amy Job Type: [Full-Time] 6:00am-2:30Pm Monday-Friday Salary Range:$16 Hourly Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will assist with inventory handling, material preparation, packing, labeling, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse setting.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and staging of materials for production
Pack, label, and move finished goods to appropriate storage or shipping areas
Load and unload materials and products from trucks or shelves
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production floor
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors
Assist with basic quality control checks on products and packaging
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), etc.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet daily goals
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics role preferred
Basic math and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
Basic computer or scanner knowledge a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices
Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and production documents
