Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking dependable Bakery Warehouse Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced bakery production environment. This role involves packaging, palletizing, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following food safety standards. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred 
  • Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Ability to follow GMPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required 
  • Pass drug screen and background check 
Responsibilities
  • Assist with bakery production and packaging operations 
  • Pack, label, and palletize finished bakery products 
  • Load and unload materials and supplies as needed 
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines 
  • Support inventory and material handling activities 
  • Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
