Press Brake Operator (Overnight)Shift: Overnight (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) Starting Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differentialAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable Press Brake Operator to join our overnight manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating a press brake to bend and form metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities
Set up and operate a CNC press brake to bend and form metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Verify dimensions and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
Safely load and unload material from the press brake.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous press brake, CNC, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay of $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience.
$3.00/hour shift differential for overnight employees.
Eligible temp-to-hire employees receive a $1.00/hour attendance incentive after 30 days of employment.
