Position Overview Action Group Staffing is looking for experienced Brake Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing company in Northeast Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience operating a Brake Press in a metal fabrication environment and be comfortable reading blueprints, performing machine setup, and producing precision parts. Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Brake Press experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong math and technical skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Experience with machine setup and operation
Ability to measure accurately using standard measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Review blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine project specifications
Set up and adjust Brake Press machine settings for production runs
Operate machinery to produce parts according to required size and shape specifications
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
