Job Title: Pastry ChefLocation: Afton, OKWage: $18-22+ to start DOEJob Summary: Responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting desserts, pastries, breads, and specialty baked goods for club dining operations and events.Essential Duties:
Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, and breads.
Create dessert menus and seasonal offerings.
Decorate and present baked goods to club standards.
Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
Clean and maintain baking equipment and workstations.
Assist with banquet and special event dessert production.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Work in a commercial kitchen environment.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule based on production needs.
Thursday through Monday with increased hours during events and peak season.
