Job Description

Job Title: PackerAction Group Staffing is currently seeking dependable Packers to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance and quality work. Claremore, OKPay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Bonus Plan: Earn an additional $2.00/hour on days the team reaches productivity thresholds
  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5x8 schedule, 40 hours/week)
  • Sunday Rotation: Occasional Sunday night shift, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Shift Options:
    • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hard-working with a high level of self-discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pass a drug screen and background check
ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties: other duties may be assigned:
  • Pack products accurately and efficiently according to specifications
  • Inspect items for quality before packing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards
  • Follow all safety rules and company procedures
