Pay: $15.00/hour+ DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional overtimeJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging and Warehouse Assistant for a day-shift opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This is an active, hands-on position supporting packaging, shipping, warehouse, print services, and toner room operations.The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working on their feet throughout the day, and able to handle repetitive lifting while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Job Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 30–40 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when inspecting, labeling, weighing, and preparing products
  • Ability to work safely around warehouse and packaging equipment
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in an indoor, climate-controlled environment
  • Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
  • Package and handle reams of label stock and finished printed materials
  • Perform final visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Operate heat-shrink and tape machines
  • Label products, cartons, and boxes accurately
  • Load packaged finished goods onto pallets
  • Assist with warehouse inventory and general organization
  • Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and production areas
  • Pull customer orders and prepare products for shipment
  • Assist with loading printers and other print-service operations
  • Band bundles of printed materials according to store number
  • Load finished products into boxes and label and seal cartons for shipping
  • Fill printer cartridges with toner powder
  • Weigh toner cartridges and verify accuracy
  • Assist in other packaging, shipping, print, and warehouse areas as needed
