This position involves operating processing equipment used to cut, shape, prepare, and move metal materials according to customer specifications.The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing, metal processing, machine operation, or industrial experience and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial processing equipment and machinery.Process metal materials according to work orders and customer specifications.Measure, cut, prepare, and organize materials for production or shipment.Read work orders, measurements, and basic production instructions.Inspect finished materials for accuracy, quality, and damage.Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges as required.Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility.Accurately label and identify processed materials.Complete required production and processing documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.Perform additional production or warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, machine operation, metal processing, or industrial experience is preferred.Experience operating saws, processing equipment, forklifts, or overhead cranes is a plus.Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements.Ability to follow work orders and written instructions.Must be comfortable working around heavy machinery and metal materials.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.Must be dependable and maintain regular attendance.Strong attention to detail and workplace safety is required.Must be willing and able to work the night shift.Must meet all pre-employment requirements.Compensation and OpportunityStarting pay is $19.00 per hour or more, depending on experience.Full-time, long-term opportunity.Potential for advancement and additional training.Opportunity to develop valuable machine-operation and industrial-processing experience.Apply today with Action Group Staffing to be considered for this Night Shift Processing Associate position in Muskogee!
