Climate-controlled warehouse
Two paid 15-minute breaks
Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimal overtime and weekend work
Key Responsibilities
Use power tools and hand tools to assemble large-scale automation equipment
Assemble subassemblies, modules, and complete machine systems according to engineering specifications
Verify parts against stock lists and blueprints for accuracy and completeness
Lay out, drill, and tap holes on components for assembly
Ensure proper alignment and tolerances of moving parts
Test equipment operation manually and using powered controls
Set up and operate machinery to confirm performance and conformance to specifications
Use tools such as wrenches, calipers, and gauges to complete precision work
Operate basic machine shop equipment, including lathes, to fabricate or repair parts
Conduct quality control inspections to compare finished components against blueprint requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of relevant mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, manuals, and safety guidelines
Familiarity with machine shop equipment, hand tools, and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions and analyze data
Flexibility to work overtime when needed to meet production demands
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to best practices
