We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to fill various positions in a company in the Parsippany NJ, area. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and a team player. Requirements for the Machine Operator:
Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish
Be able to load/push paper rolls onto the machine (heavy rolls).
An Interview will be required.
Previous experience in production.
Experience as a Machine Operator is a must.
Previous experience as a line leader.
Must be able to go up heights of 30 feet.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Benefits of the Machine Operator:
Schedules times: Monday - Friday
1st shift from 7:00 am-3:00 pm (with two 15-minute paid breaks)
Pay Rate: $19.00 hr

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Instruct line associates on their assigned tasks for the shift.
Operate paper handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load rolls of paper onto the back stands and perform a changeover.
Start and stop production lines, clear paper jams, and thread paper.
Set machine parameters for optimal performance.
Regulate processes that utilize aids such as silicone and steam.
Perform quality checks and minor adjustments to address defects.
Assist with paper waste recycling, including tying scrap bales and changing bale wires.
Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively in a team environment.
