We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment used for filling, labeling, capping, and packaging nail polish products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging machinery.
Ensure nail polish bottles are properly filled, capped, labeled, and packaged in accordance with company specifications.
Perform routine equipment adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Conduct quality checks to verify product appearance, labeling, fill levels, and packaging accuracy.
Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
Keep work areas clean and organized while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Work closely with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality assurance teams to maximize production efficiency.
Assist with changeovers between product lines and packaging formats.
Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns promptly.
