We are sourcing a Machine Operator (English/Spanish) for a company located in Montville, NJ. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial production environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all paper handling equipment. This includes loading and unloading paper rolls, performing changeovers, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring product quality. The role also involves troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and supporting recycling efforts. Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Load and position large paper rolls into the machinery
Push and maneuver materials weighing up to 400 lbs.
Operate a lift reaching heights up to 20 feet
Follow all workplace safety procedures and production standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay Rate $19.25 hr

Requirements of the Machine Operator:
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Comfortable working at heights using lift equipment
Ability to lift, push, and move heavy materials safely
