Job Title:Quality Leadership and Compliance Manager Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: DOE (Based on Experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Some travel up to 30% requiredJob Requirements:Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance, ISO 9001, and RC 14001 management • Demonstrated experience leading RC 14001 compliance strongly preferred • Experience in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments with lean resourcesSkills & Competencies • Proven ability to drive process improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance • Strong audit management and corrective action (CAPA) experience • Supplier certification and Automotive Industry PPAP process expertise • Ability to train and develop employees in quality systems and compliance • Skilled in conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production-related software systemsResponsibilitiesQuality Leadership & Compliance • Serve as the company’s quality champion, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement • Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ensure ongoing compliance • Lead efforts to maintain RC 14001 certification and regulatory adherenceAudit & Quality Systems Management • Oversee the internal audit program and prepare executive-level summary reports • Issue, track, and close non-conformances identified during audits • Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and ensure effectiveness • Improve and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and complianceCustomer & Supplier Quality • Coordinate investigation and resolution of customer complaints • Ensure supplier certification and compliance requirements are met • Authorize vendor approvals for current and prospective customersContinuous Improvement • Collect and analyze quality data to drive measurable improvement initiatives • Balance quality, productivity, cost, and delivery objectives • Deliver employee training, quality orientation, and support conflict resolution as needed
