Job Description

Job Title: Lead Sanitizer 2nd Shift
Location: Tulsa, OKPay & Schedule:
  • Pay: $24–$28/hour + $2 shift differential + $1 bilingual 
  • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM 
  • Training: 1st shift for 2 weeks, then transition to 2nd shift
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or bakery production environment 
  • Prior leadership or lead experience preferred (ability to direct and support a team) 
  • Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety standards, and sanitation processes 
  • Experience working with bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, conveyors, etc.) 
  • Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable to sanitation standards 
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen 
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work in a fast-paced production environment 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, assign, and oversee daily sanitation tasks for the sanitation team 
  • Ensure all equipment and facility areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and schedules 
  • Train, coach, and support team members on proper sanitation techniques, GMPs, and food safety standards 
  • Monitor team performance and hold employees accountable to cleanliness, safety, and productivity expectations 
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of sanitation chemicals at all times 
  • Enforce Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures during equipment cleaning when required 
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards 
  • Identify and report sanitation issues, safety concerns, or contamination risks to management 
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure readiness for daily operations 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility at all times
