Job Description

Job Title: Sanitation LeadAction Group Staffing is currently seeking Sanitizer Leads in the Tulsa area. Requirements: 
  • 1 Year of Cleaning Experience in the Food Industry
  • Lead Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
Pay: $19 - $20 + per hour depending on experience (plus shift difference) Bilingual is a plus Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am  Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. 
  • Plan and coordinate daily sanitation activities to ensure cleaning schedules are met.
  • When necessary, inform Supervisor of issues in the department.
  • Promote teamwork and a constructive work environment.
  • Ensure that all equipment and areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for cleanliness.
  • Wear proper PPE and follow GMP’s and other company rules.
  • Use food safety practices ensuring no product is contaminated as consequences of conducting duties of this position.
  • Responsible for the general clean-up of the production departments.
  • Ensure that Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures are followed as required.
  • Take full ownership of assigned areas.
  • Maintains active working knowledge of all sanitation and cleaning procedures.
  • Ensures sanitizing chemicals, safety equipment, power equipment and manual tools are being used correctly and safely.
  • Ensure proper chemical handling techniques while wearing the proper PPE.
  • Maintains all buildings by washing walls, ceilings, floors, removing trash and disinfecting all water drains as needed.
  • Responsible for always keeping assigned work area clean and tidy and reporting any potential contamination and suspicious activity to the department supervisor immediately.
