This position supports inventory accuracy, cycle counting, material tracking, and inventory control activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Perform routine cycle counts
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions
Complete inventory adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations
Track materials throughout warehouse and production areas
Verify inventory locations, quantities, and labeling
Assist with raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventory
Identify inventory issues and assist with corrective actions
Maintain inventory documentation and reports
Assist with physical inventory counts
Work with warehouse, production, purchasing, and other departments to resolve inventory issues
Requirements
Previous inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing inventory, WIP, material transaction, or inventory auditing experience is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
ScheduleMonday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Weekly Pay PayStarting at $18.00/hr, depending on experience
