Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime.
Install, assemble, and test new equipment and machinery.
Repair or replace defective parts and components.
Perform facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and general building repairs.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, and maintenance equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
Supervise and support maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Train and mentor maintenance team members.
Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on schedule.
Partner with Operations to support production goals.
Monitor maintenance inventory and coordinate parts ordering.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Assist with equipment installations, facility upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
Serve as the primary maintenance contact during equipment failures and emergency situations.
Perform other maintenance and leadership duties as assigned.
QualificationsCandidates should have experience with:
Industrial maintenance
Arc welding and fabrication (MIG & Stick)
Hydraulic power units
Electrical troubleshooting (24V DC controls and 480V motor controls)
