Job Title: Plasma Operator Helper – 2nd Shift
Location: Tulsa, OKPay & Schedule
  • Pay: $17+/hour DOE + $1.00 shift differential
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of metal fabrication or plasma cutting processes is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
  • Experience using basic hand tools and measuring tools preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle metal materials safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Plasma Operator with machine setup, material loading, and unloading
  • Support plasma cutting operations by preparing and staging materials
  • Remove finished parts from the cutting table and assist with sorting and stacking
  • Grind, clean, and prepare metal parts as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Assist with basic machine maintenance and shop duties as assigned
