Job Description
Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorPosition Summary Operates and performs basic setup of CNC equipment to produce precision components. Maintains machine performance, product quality, and adherence to specifications.Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.).
Load programs, adjust tooling, and set offsets.
Interpret setup sheets, drawings, and machining instructions.
Monitor machine operation and identify issues.
Inspect parts to verify dimensions and quality.
Replace tools and perform routine adjustments.
Maintain records of production and output.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
