Corporate ControllerReports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Catoosa, OKEmployment Type: Full-time, Direct HireCompensation$175,000 base salary plus bonusRole SummaryReporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of Inhance Technologies. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory standards, and the effectiveness of internal controls across a multi-entity organization, including foreign subsidiaries.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and execute monthly close for U.S. entities and consolidation of foreign subsidiaries in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Partner with the CFO and Director of FP&A to deliver financial statements, KPI reporting, board materials, and forecasts
Maintain and continuously improve internal controls and risk management processes
Enhance manufacturing cost accounting tools and processes in collaboration with operations
Oversee balance sheet and sub-ledger reconciliations
Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Analyze foreign currency translation impacts
Lead annual external financial audits
Coordinate with external tax advisors on required filings
Support acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff (GL, AP, AR)
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
MBA and/or CPA preferred
10+ years of accounting or finance experience
5+ years leading close and reporting for a multi-site organization
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
