Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead to support daily housekeeping, dining, and hospitality operations. This role combines direct service responsibilities with team support, quality checks, and inventory oversight. Responsibilities of the Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
Maintain clean and welcoming residential rooms, common areas, and restrooms
Assist with dining service, meal setup, cleanup, and special events
Assign and coordinate daily tasks under management direction
Perform housekeeping quality checks and room inspections
Train, guide, and support team members
Monitor and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory
Handle laundry, restocking, trash, and recycling
Follow established cleanliness, safety, and service standards
Benefits of the Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
Monday-Friday 10 am-6:30 pm, with one 12-hour weekend shift per month.
Pay rate: $26/hr, overtime as needed.

Requirements of the Housekeeper & Hospitality Lead:
High school diploma or equivalent
Hospitality, housekeeping, or food service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working around dogs and cats.
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended shifts
Must meet essential-employee reporting requirements, including occasional overnight stays when necessary, for example, during extreme weather, such as a major snowstorm.
