Groundskeeper / Janitorial Worker (Basic Maintenance) Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMThis position is critical to the daily operation and cleanliness of the facility. We are seeking a highly reliable individual who takes pride in their work and consistently reports to work as scheduled. Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Experience in janitorial or groundskeeping
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of grounds and outdoor areas, ensuring debris is collected and removed daily
Operate and maintain grounds equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and hand tools
Perform janitorial duties, including:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Restocking supplies
Maintaining cleanliness in common areas and breakrooms
Empty trash throughout all facilities, including:
Production warehouse
Inventory warehouse
Administrative building
All breakrooms
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as:
Minor repairs
Painting
Light carpentry
Fixture replacement
Maintain cleanliness of walkways, building entrances, and exterior common areas
Support seasonal tasks, including leaf removal, storm cleanup, and snow/ice removal (as applicable)
Demonstrate strong reliability and attendance—this is a must-have for the role
