Job Title: Mixer - Bakery Warehouse Location: Tulsa Pay: $16 + shift differential Schedule:1:30pm – 9:30pmJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking a reliable Mixer to support bakery production operations. This role is responsible for operating dough-line equipment, accurately mixing ingredients, and ensuring that all products meet quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Job Requirements• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions • Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, ratios) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely • Comfortable working around common food allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, etc.) • Ability to follow GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Basic computer knowledge • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Pass drug screen and background checkResponsibilities• Mix ingredients according to formulas to ensure product consistency and quality • Operate production equipment including mixers, scales, pallet jacks, and ingredient transfer systems • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for proper material rotation • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following 5S standards • Monitor product quality and report any contamination or irregularities • Assist with training team members on mixing processes • Support production goals and meet scheduled output requirements • Perform routine cleaning and end-of-shift sanitation tasks • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately • Comply with all GMP, food safety, and company policies • Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts#INDT
