Job Title:Bilingual HR Clerk Location: Tulsa, OKAction Group Staffing is assisting a local manufacturing company in their search for a dependable Bilingual HR Clerk to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with administrative HR tasks including employee records, onboarding support, and general HR department coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Pay & Schedule
Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; additional HR coursework or education preferred
Previous office or administrative experience required
HR or recruiting support experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, or recruiting support
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
Maintain and update employee files and HR records
Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Assist with employee inquiries and direct questions to the HR team as needed
Help maintain HR databases and tracking systems
Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as directed
Assist with general HR administrative duties and special projects
