Seeking an experienced Fine Dining Cook to prepare high-quality menu items while maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency standards. This position requires attention to detail, strong culinary skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, portioning, and inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
  • Monitor product freshness and proper food storage procedures.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Assist with banquet, event, and special menu preparation as needed.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant or fine dining cooking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work around hot surfaces, ovens, and kitchen equipment.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
