Job Description

Job Title: Final Assembly
Pay: $18-23 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm2nd Shift 3:30pm  - 12:00am (+$1 Shift Diff) Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic blueprints/diagrams
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift and maneuver materials 
  • Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
  • Assemble enclosure systems and other metal components according to work orders and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written work instructions
  • Use basic hand tools (grinders, magnetic drills, cut-off wheels, etc.) safely and effectively
  • Perform accurate fit-ups and assemble components with minimal supervision
  • Lift and move metal components (typically up to ~50 lbs or more)
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
  • May assist in other related production areas as business needs require.
