Final Assembly 1st Shift Location: Tulsa, OKPay: $18–$23/hour (DOE) Shift Options: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking experienced Assemblers for Final Assembly operations in Tulsa. This role involves building enclosure systems and metal assemblies using hand and power tools while following detailed blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work in a safe environment.Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read tape measures and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Experience using basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, cut-off tools, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs or more
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Assemble enclosure systems and metal components according to work orders and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written instructions
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly processes
Perform accurate fit-ups and ensure proper alignment of components
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist in other production areas as needed based on business demands
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
