Fabrication Parts Lead
? Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
? $22+/hr (DOE)
OverviewJoin a growing fabrication shop as a Fabrication Parts Lead , where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with shop experience who can coordinate workflow, communicate with operators, and ensure materials and jobs are where they need to be.
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily production from sales & drafting, to the parts department
  • Distribute and prioritize work orders for the parts department
  • Route work to machines including plasma, laser, press brake, shears, and bandsaws
  • Keep machines running by ensuring operators have work and materials
  • Communicate daily priorities with machine operators
  • Pull and stage raw materials for production
  • Help ensure parts are completed on schedule for downstream departments
  • Raw Material Inventory and organization

What We’re Looking For
  • Fabrication or manufacturing experience required
  • Familiarity with plasma, laser, or press brake equipment preferred
  • Forklift experience required will certify on site
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Good attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance is required
  • Must show up on time and work full scheduled shifts

Pay & Benefits
  • $22+/hr depending on experience
  • Full-time opportunity after 90 days
Once hired full-time:
  • $2/hr attendance incentive
  • Medical – 75% employer paid
  • Dental – 100% employer paid
  • $15,000 life insurance – employer paid
  • Vision – $3.95 per pay period
  • 40 hours vacation after 2,080 hours worked
