Job Description

Action Group Staffing is assisting a Tulsa-based client in their search for an Entry Level Superintendent (assistant or 2nd).This position will be based out of the Tulsa office, and travel is required within a 60-mile radius. Candor will provide a per diem and mileage reimbursement to help offset costs for travel outside that range.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pmSalary Range: $45K - $60K   Responsibilities of the Entry Level Superintendent:A leadership role focused on coordinating daily on-site activities, ensuring work quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. 
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee all trades, field personnel, and subcontractors. 
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards. 
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor daily progress to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. 
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. 
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design professionals, and other stakeholders. 
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and daily reports. 
 Requirements of the Entry Level Superintendent:
  • Knowledge of construction practices and standards
  • Experience interfacing with trades and workers
  • Troubleshooting onsite issues
  • Successful project delivery
