Electrical Assembly TechnicianLocation: Broken Arrow, OK Pay: $21.00–$28.00/hour (DOE)Action Group Staffing is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for a leading manufacturer of custom automated dispensing, plasma, and impregnation equipment in Broken Arrow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical assembly, interpreting schematics, and building high-quality industrial machinery in a team-oriented environment.Essential Responsibilities
Build and wire electrical control panels for custom automated equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Install, route, label, and terminate electrical wiring and cabling.
Mount and wire components including relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, PLC hardware, sensors, power supplies, and other electrical devices.
Perform continuity, functional, and electrical safety testing to verify proper operation.
Troubleshoot wiring issues and correct discrepancies during assembly.
Collaborate with mechanical assembly technicians and controls engineers to complete machine builds.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
Ensure all assemblies meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Qualifications
Previous experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, control panel building, or a related manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and common electrical testing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative production team.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or vocational education is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience assembling industrial automation equipment or custom machinery.
Familiarity with PLC hardware, sensors, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
Knowledge of NEC standards and electrical safety practices.
Experience with low-voltage industrial electrical systems.
