Action Group Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking School Custodians to support local school campuses throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors. The role focuses on general custodial services, facility cleanliness, and supporting the daily operations of the campus. Responsibilities
Perform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, cafeterias, and common areas.
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings and school events.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service while working in an active school environment.
Qualifications
Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and complete Fingerprinting before starting.
