Job Description

Action Group Staffing is assisting a local client in their search for an Entry-Level Project Engineer (assistant or 2nd) based in their Tulsa office.The position will be based out of the Tulsa office, with travel required within a 60-mile radius. Client will provide a per diem and mileage reimbursement for any travel outside that range to help offset costs.Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pmSalary Range: $50K - $65K -  Responsibilities of the Entry Level Project Engineer:Assists with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, often acting as a liaison between project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Project Support: Assisting senior project engineers and project managers with daily project operations, including scheduling, budget tracking, and document management. 
  • Coordination: Collaborating with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals, specifications, and timelines are met. 
  • Problem-Solving: Analyzing project challenges and developing solutions under the guidance of experienced staff. 
  • Quality Control: Helping to ensure that construction work complies with project specifications and quality standards. 
  • Communication: Fostering effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. 
  • Site Visits: Visiting construction sites to observe progress, identify potential issues, and coordinate activities. 

Requirements of the Entry Level Project Engineer:
  • Good knowledge of construction management
  • Experience with construction project support
  • Troubleshooting issues onsite
  • Successful project delivery
