Job Title: Communication Test Design Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Communication Test Design Technician to support the testing, configuration, and validation of electronic communication devices and systems. This position is responsible for designing and executing test procedures, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting test results, and ensuring products meet quality and customer specifications. Essential Job Responsibilities: ● Perform functional testing on electronic communication devices, laptops, and related equipment. ● Design, develop, and execute test procedures for electronic products and systems. ● Configure hardware and software according to customer specifications. ● Analyze test results and identify product defects or performance issues. ● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems. ● Document test procedures, results, and corrective actions accurately. ● Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve testing processes. ● Verify products meet quality standards prior to shipment or deployment. ● Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is current. ● Follow company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. ● Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other technical projects as assigned. Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. ● Previous experience testing, repairing, or configuring electronic devices is preferred. ● Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and electronic communication systems. ● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. ● Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
