Civil/Structural Engineer (PE)Base Salary $130k-$150k Industrial Facilities | Structural Steel | Concrete Foundations We are seeking a licensed Civil/Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of industrial engineering projects for clients across the oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and process industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through execution while working directly with clients, project managers, designers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience designing structural steel and concrete foundations for industrial facilities and enjoy taking ownership of projects in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Develop structural designs, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation for industrial facilities.Design structural steel systems, equipment supports, pipe racks, platforms, and concrete foundations.Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations using STAAD.Pro and other engineering tools.Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical documents prepared by engineers and designers.Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and electrical disciplines to ensure successful project execution.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.Support project proposals, scope development, and engineering estimates. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.5+ years of civil/structural engineering experience in industrial environments.Experience designing structural steel and reinforced concrete foundations.Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro.Experience supporting industrial facilities such as gas plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, chemical plants, power generation facilities, or similar process industries.Strong understanding of applicable building codes, design standards, and engineering best practices.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and project teams. Preferred ExperienceEPC project experience.Experience with equipment foundations, pipe racks, process structures, and industrial facility expansions.Experience serving as lead engineer or project engineer on multidisciplinary projects.
