Job Title: Chemical Operator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $22–$26 per hourSchedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Rotation: 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off 84 hours per pay period (bi-weekly) Job SummaryAction Group Staffing is partnering with a national industrial client to hire a skilled Chemical Operator. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial plant operations who are comfortable working with complex systems and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a production environment. Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Chemical manufacturing or industrial plant experience required 
  • Experience operating production or processing equipment 
  • Forklift experience preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards 
 Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment including reaction systems, storage tanks, pumps, and PLC-controlled systems 
  • Record and maintain accurate operating data and production logs 
  • Draw samples for quality control testing and ensure product specifications are met 
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely 
  • Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting as needed 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards 
  • Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required
