CNC Router OperatorLocation: Tulsa, OK Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour on Nights ($17.00 - $18.50/hour) Training: Approximately one month on Day Shift before transitioning to NightsDay Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Night Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC router equipment to accurately cut and machine materials according to blueprints and production specifications. Candidates must have previous CNC router experience. Experience operating other CNC equipment, such as CNC foam machines, does not meet the requirements for this position.The selected candidate will complete approximately one month of training on the day shift before transitioning to the night shift.Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience operating a CNC Router is required
Experience with CNC foam or other CNC equipment alone does not qualify
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Experience using precision measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and other inspection equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to maintain tight tolerances and produce quality parts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC router equipment to produce quality parts
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
Load materials and monitor machine operations throughout production
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to verify accuracy
Make machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
Maintain production records and report any equipment or quality concerns
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
