Job Title: CNC Mill Operator

Pay: $25 per hour Monday - Friday 5:00am - 3:30pm
Job Summary
Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator for a manufacturing facility in Wagoner, OK. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines—specifically a Kent mill equipped with a Fanuc Series Oi-MD control—to produce precision components used in header fabrication and welding assemblies. The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, can read blueprints, and is committed to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment. Job Requirements
• Previous CNC mill operating experience required
• Experience with Fanuc controls (Oi-MD preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Experience with machine setup, tooling, and offsets
• Knowledge of G-code and basic CNC programming preferred
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or on a team
• Must pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kent mill with Fanuc Oi-MD control) to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
• Select and install tooling, set offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Support fabrication processes by producing components for header and welding assemblies
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to supervision
• Maintain production and quality records as required
