Responsibilities of the Baker:
Manually place dough onto an oven loader while scoring dough and dusting dough with bread prior to baking.
This is a high concentration function.
Bakers also manually remove bread from behind the tunnel oven.
Push and pull full dough and baked bread racks
Requirements of the Baker:
Ability to work at the oven requires high heat tolerance.
Heavy lifting involves removing baked bread in sections of heavy pans from behind the oven weighing approximately 30 lbs.
Schedule: 2: 00 a.M. - 11: 00 a.M. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, 40 Hours plus Overtime
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
