Back Office Assistant – Medical ClinicSchedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $18/hourBenefits: Paid insurance premium after 60 days We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our growing medical clinic team. This position will support daily clinical operations and assist providers with patient care duties in a professional and compassionate environment. Medical certification is preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
Assist with back office clinical duties and patient flow
Take and record patient vital signs
Learn and perform ECGs/EKGs as needed
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and organized
Provide professional and compassionate patient support
Follow clinic procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certification or related medical experience preferred
Willingness to learn clinical procedures and medical office workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is a plus
